Sample Workflows

1. Task Creation

When: Someone mentions a bug or feature request Agent will:

  1. Detect task-worthy messages
  2. Create ticket in Linear/Jira
  3. Add relevant context and screenshots
  4. Notify appropriate team members
  5. Add thread link to the ticket

2. Meeting Coordination

When: Meeting discussion happens in Slack Agent will:

  1. Detect scheduling intent
  2. Check calendar availability
  3. Create calendar event
  4. Send invites to mentioned participants
  5. Add meeting context from the thread

3. Knowledge Management

When: Using Co-Pilot You can say: “Manage information by:

  • Saving important messages to Notion
  • Creating documentation from discussions
  • Organizing threads by topic
  • Setting up automated summaries”

Setup Instructions

  1. Go to Missio Settings → Integrations
  2. Select “Slack” from communication providers
  3. Authorize the Slack workspace connection
  4. Configure Agent rules and Co-Pilot preferences
