# Missio Co-Pilot

> A single interface to interact with Slack, Jira, Email, CRM, and more.

## Introduction

The Missio Co-Pilot is your command center for executing tasks across your entire product stack from one unified interface. Whether you want to draft an email, update a CRM record, create a pull request, or check task status in Jira—Co-Pilot has you covered.

### Interacting with Co-Pilot

1. **Open Co-Pilot**: Access Co-Pilot in the Missio web app or via a Slack command (depending on your setup).
2. **Issue Commands**: For example, “Create a Jira ticket for a bug titled ‘Authentication Error.’”
3. **AI Assistance**: If the Co-Pilot needs more info, it will ask clarifying questions and handle the next steps accordingly.
4. **Confirmation & Execution**: See a preview of the action or finalize it in the Co-Pilot interface.

### Example Actions

* **Draft & Send Emails**:\
  “Draft an email to Alex with the subject ‘Project Update’ and mention the new timeline.”
* **Update CRM Records**:\
  “Update the HubSpot contact record for ‘John Doe’ to reflect the new subscription tier.”
* **Create or Update Jira/Linear Issues**:\
  “Create a new Linear issue for the bug reported in Slack by @DesignTeam.”
* **Manage GitHub Issues / Pull Requests**:\
  “Open a new GitHub issue with the title ‘Refactor Payment Flow’ and assign it to @devTeam.”

### Co-Pilot Benefits

* **Unified Interface**: Eliminate context-switching between multiple tabs and tools.
* **Increased Productivity**: Execute tasks quickly without hunting for the right system or screen.
* **Accurate Data**: Reduce mistakes by letting AI fill in fields, attach links, or track references automatically.
