## Sample Workflows

### 1. Meeting Coordination

When: Someone mentions scheduling a meeting in Slack
Agent will:

1. Check all participants' availability
2. Suggest optimal meeting times
3. Create calendar event with context
4. Add relevant documents/links
5. Send calendar invites with agenda

### 2. Project Planning

When: A new project is created in Linear/Jira
Agent will:

1. Schedule kick-off meeting
2. Set up recurring check-ins
3. Create calendar holds for important milestones
4. Add relevant stakeholders automatically

### 3. Calendar Organization

When: Using Co-Pilot
You can say:
"Organize my calendar by:

* Blocking focus time between meetings
* Setting up buffer times
* Adding video conference links automatically
* Categorizing meetings by project/team"

## Setup Instructions

1. Go to Missio Settings → Integrations
2. Select "Google Calendar" from calendar providers
3. Complete OAuth authentication
4. Configure Agent rules and Co-Pilot preferences

<Note>
  The Google Calendar integration requires specific OAuth permissions to manage
  events on your behalf. Review the permissions carefully during setup.
</Note>

## Best Practices

* Set default meeting durations for different event types
* Configure working hours to prevent off-hours scheduling
* Use meeting templates for recurring events
* Set up automatic reminders for important meetings
* Maintain calendar blocks for focused work

## Limitations

* Calendar API quotas apply
* Some calendar features require G Suite/Workspace account
* Recurring meeting patterns must follow Google Calendar's supported formats
* Guest list size limitations may apply
