## Sample Workflows

### 1. Customer Query Management

When: A customer emails about a technical issue
Agent will:

1. Detect the technical nature of the query
2. Apply 'Technical-Support' label
3. Create a Linear ticket with email content
4. Send an acknowledgment email
5. Notify relevant Slack channel

### 2. Meeting Follow-ups

When: An email contains meeting notes
Agent will:

1. Extract action items
2. Create tasks in project management tool
3. Apply 'Meeting-Notes' label
4. Schedule follow-up reminders

### 3. Email Organization

When: Using Co-Pilot
You can say:
"Organize my inbox by:

* Creating labels for different projects
* Moving newsletters to a dedicated folder
* Archiving emails older than 30 days
* Setting up filters for specific senders"

## Setup Instructions

1. Go to Missio Settings → Integrations
2. Select "Gmail" from the email providers
3. Follow OAuth authentication steps
4. Configure Agent rules and Co-Pilot preferences

<Note>
The Gmail integration requires specific OAuth permissions to perform actions
on your behalf. Review the permissions carefully during setup.
</Note>

## Best Practices

* Set up clear labeling conventions for automated organization
* Configure priority rules for urgent emails
* Use templates for common responses
* Regular review of automation rules for optimization

## Limitations

* Email sending limits follow Gmail's quotas
* OAuth token requires renewal every 7 days
* Some actions may require 2FA verification
